BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL NOTE
The Garden Study Club of Kingsport was organized to promote the beautification of the city through gardening and growing flowers. The motto of the club was “every member a gardener.”
SCOPE AND CONTENT
The Garden Study Club Collection contains 3 scrapbooks that document the activities of the club. The scrapbooks consist of photographs, yearbooks, awards and certificates and newsclippings.
