The Kingsport Post Office Scrapbook contains news articles about employees, history of the postal system in the area, and several photos taken by Carl DeVault. One of the photographs is of Eleanor Roosevelt at the Tri-Cities Airport in March 1938. A picture of the first tri-city mail plane (1937) is included.
